How to install a 32-bit DLL on a 64-bit OS using MSBuild?

I have a problem where I need to install a.Net assembly on a Windows server. Unfortunately, it's a 32-bit (x86) assembly, whereas the server is running a 64-bit (AMD64) OS. The problem here is that I need to use the Microsoft.Net Framework 4 Client Profile to be able to install the assembly.
The MSBuild target I am trying to install is:

So what I tried to do is to use the Import-Assembly filter to include the assembly I want to install, but exclude the System.Core assembly. By using -filters="*" I got this property which should find the assembly in the GAC or on the filesystem. Sadly I get the following error when using this:
