PSE is a part of the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription-based subscription-based platform called the Adobe Creative Suite and is available for Windows as well as Mac OS. It can be used to edit both RAW and JPEG images.

Adobe Photoshop Elements is designed to meet the needs of amateur photographers, digital scrapbookers and other hobbyists, as well as professionals needing to edit their own images.

PSE allows users to perform a wide range of basic image editing functions and basic photo management. Users can also create color correction presets and can use the auto-enhance function to enhance images.

Step 1: Open the File

Open Adobe Photoshop Elements.

Step 2: First Steps

Open an image that you wish to edit. Click File, and then click Open.

After selecting the file, you will see a blue toolbar at the top of your document. At the top left of the blue toolbar, you will find several options including size, pixel editing tools, and advanced editing features.

The first thing you will want to do is to open up the pixels of your image. To do this, click on the Free Transform tool from the Tools menu at the top of the blue toolbar.

After you click Free Transform, the tool will open up a transform box where you can move the pixels around your image. If you go to the bottom right of the transform box, you will see a button called Restore Original.

If you click this button, you will return your image to its original state before you started editing it.

Another way to open the pixels is by clicking the small round color box (red circle) found in the Free Transform box.

Do this by clicking on the color box with your mouse and by clicking and dragging it to a different location. You can also use the keyboard (spacebar) to open up the pixels.

Now that your pixels are open, you can add or remove colors. Click on the color box with your mouse or press the J key on your keyboard.

This will bring up a color picker (like in Paint) and give you the option to click on the color you want to add.

Step 3: Layers

Every image in Adobe Photoshop Elements will have a default single image layer.

You can create additional layers to add more effects and to use the image over and over. To do this, click on the layer that you want to create a new

Importing a module in Python 3

I need to use certain Python libraries as soon as possible. But when I have to import them into my Python script, I get errors:

NameError: name 'open' is not defined

or

NameError: name'str' is not defined

I am using Python 3.3

If you run these lines at the Python prompt they will work

When you use these lines in a file the code is run from then the string, function, or class is loaded. However, when you import a module those functions are simply defined.
There are 2 solutions:

Use "from x import y" instead.
When you do that, a warning will be printed as it is looking for a module named x. All you have to do is add the "x" to the end. So "from x import y" is the same as "from x import y as z"
Use a from x import y import statement. This is effectively the same.

Using the from x import y should be preferred.

1. Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a process for the production of a semiconductor element. More particularly, it relates to a process for forming a semiconductor element such as a thin-film transistor (TFT) on an insulating substrate.
2. Description of the Related Art
It is known that the gate electrode of a TFT can be produced by the deposition of a conductive material such as a metal, for instance, onto a thin insulating film by vacuum deposition. Vacuum deposition, however, is generally conducted in the presence of a plasma and therefore the thin insulating film may suffer damages when the plasma is locally generated.
According to the prior art process, the process is liable to cause the following problem: forming a semiconductor thin film on an insulating substrate before the formation of a gate electrode and then etching the semiconductor thin film through the gate electrode to form a semiconductor element is one of the means for forming a semiconductor element such as a TFT.
There are also known methods in which a semiconductor thin film is deposited by sputtering and then another conductive film is formed thereon by vacuum deposition to form a gate electrode. These methods, however, require complex steps to fabricate TFTs.
According to the method disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6770/1987, a semiconductor thin film is formed on an insulating substrate and then another semiconductor thin film is deposited on the semiconductor thin film to form a semiconductor element. This method, however, requires as many steps as two. If one step were omitted, there still remained the necessity of applying a voltage of +5 V or more to the semiconductor thin film after the voltage was applied to it. It is necessary in this case to make the substrates sufficiently high in resistance because a voltage of 5 V or more is applied thereto in the entire surface.
In the case of using a polycrystalline silicon, in general, an oxide film is formed between the gate electrode and the semiconductor thin film in order to prevent the leakage of carriers from the electrode into the semiconductor thin film. Therefore, a voltage of +2 V is required to be applied to the semiconductor thin film. If a flat type substrate is used, the resistance of the substrate is as high as several.OMEGA. or more. In the case of using a large-sized substrate such as one of a size of 25 mm.phi., therefore, the resistance
