Note

If you bought Elements before Adobe released Photoshop CS5, you're no longer eligible for free upgrades to Photoshop CS5; however, if you already have the Elements 9 software, you can still upgrade to Photoshop CS5 at the 30-day mark for a discounted price.

Elements is also available as a stand-alone program.

Before you install Photoshop, you should download the downloadable installer software from Adobe, located on the CD-ROM or download sites for the software. You can find it in the `applications/elements` folder on the CD-ROM. It's a zip file named _ElementsInstaller.zip_. Double-click the file to begin.

Once the installer is open, follow the onscreen instructions to install the software. When the installation is complete, you're ready to work with Photoshop or Photoshop Elements 9.

Photoshop CS5 can be installed on any Windows computer with at least 1GB of RAM. (You may have Windows 7 or XP if you're using a computer with a PCI Express slot).

Waypoint guide

New in this version, Photoshop Elements 11 has a new waypoint tool:

Waypoints are a type of object that can be used to create guides. You can attach them to individual controls. Waypoints allow you to set object frames around controls that are movable when you change objects.

To create a waypoint, follow these steps:

A waypoint can be detached from a control easily if it doesn’t need to be moved any more.

With a waypoint, you can create a guide for objects that you drag.

Thanks to the new waypoints, it is now easier to choose a specific position and hold to place an object.

My favorite feature about this tool:

For detail shots, once you place a waypoint, the photo is automatically set to exposure mode, white balance, and color tone.

For a wide variety of photo editing operations, you can even use this tool to get perfect patterns for free.

Waypoints are available for all elements of the image, including different types of layers, selections and guides.

It is also possible to create a new guide or edit existing guides using a waypoint.

Other waypoints tools

You can now create shapes from multiple selection, similar to the previous version. Just select the shapes you want to make a shape and then click “Convert to shape”.

You can also edit multiple shapes in shape layers by changing their colors and appearance in shape layers with fill or stroke colors.

If you have separate colors for fill or stroke, you can drag the exact shape color that you need and use the palette, to edit it.

You can also use the new “Shape Draw Tool” and draw shapes by clicking.

Thanks to the improved edition of the FlashPix, you can now use the “Adjust FlashPix Settings” tool to edit flashpix information in your image like the color space, the original quality, the maximum size, and the compression.

You can also use the “Define Colors” tool to create your own flashpix colors, similar to the previous version.

William Hanks seeks to appeal the district court’s

order accepting the recommendation of the magistrate judge and

denying relief on his 28 U.S.C.A. § 2255 (West Supp. 2011)

motion. The order is not appealable

Dibrugarh, April 2, 2014: Indian Railways has continued its guerilla marketing strategy and launched its new segment of ‘Do it for Pooja’ campaign for its Guwahati-Bengaluru Northern Mainline Express by releasing two adorable bullocks which will follow the train till Mumbai.

The ticket for the Express, which is flagged off today, includes a two-acre land in Cheluvani village in Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu to be developed into a mango plantation.

The train has been designed keeping in mind the lifestyle of urban commuters in urban metros. It also offers free WiFi and exclusive on board catering to enhance the convenience of passengers. The train also has toilet for ladies, saree exchange facility, lounge and USB charging facilities.

Expressing happiness over the initiative, North Eastern Railway’s Chief Public Relations Officer, NK Prasad said, “There has been a lot of interest in the train for its attributes. The Do it for Pooja campaign is a continuation of our efforts to provide good service to passengers of various classes.”

The train will cover the railway distance of about 1580 km at an average speed of 62 kmph. The two-day long journey will pass through Madurai, Dharmapuri, Coimbatore, Pollachi, Krishnagiri, Vijayawada, Vijayawada, Warangal, Guntakal, Dindigul, Salem and Kolhapur before reaching Mumbai.

Cheluvani is a beautiful village of Nilgiris and is the second largest green cover on the Nilgiris. The village has carved out a niche for itself in the tourism industry by capturing the natural beauty of the place and is touted as one of the most beautiful and peaceful places in the Nilgiris.

The train also has been given a warm welcome by the people of the region and a large number of passengers travelling on the train are requested to participate in the campaign. The train will arrive in Chennai on April 21 and will leave for Bengaluru on April 26.

However, those opting to visit the project sightseeing tours will have the option of visiting nearby Kodaikanal, Dindigul, Ooty and Coimbatore.

On the other hand, Indian Railways is planning to provide personalised travel facilities for passengers choosing the train and has said that it will provide WiFi, local voice call
